Challenge beliefs and conditioning, dive deep into the experience of Breathwork, Music and Ice Baths.

In this workshop by Johannes Egberts, certified Wim Hof Method instructor, we will learn and practice the 3 pillars of the Wim Hof Method: Breathing Technique, Cold Exposure & Commitment.

Johannes and his team will guide us in a full-day immersive experience where you will learn how to unlock your potential through the Wim Hof Method (WHM) – a proven natural way to control stress effectively, boost your metabolism, feel more energised, boost your alkalinity to fight inflammation and infection, help combat depression and anxiety, and improve physical and mental performance.

Not your average workshop. Johannes brings together WHM theory and practice, and also introduces other modalities with the support of a strong team of experienced facilitators. You will certainly gain additional tools that you can incorporate in your daily practice:

  • WHM Theory: Three pillars of the method (1) Breathing Technique, (2) Cold Exposure and (3) Commitment. This will also include a discussion on immune system, inflammation, the science of stress, and brown fat activation – includes an overview of the science and various scientific research.
  • WHM Practice: Dive deep into the experience as we apply the theory into a guided breath work session, mindset training and cold exposure through ice baths.
  • Other modalities and exercises throughout the day: Power of music through sound healing and the drumming circle, group work, movement and stretching.

The day will challenge your beliefs and conditioning whether you are looking to achieve a high level of human performance, relieve symptoms related to an illness, or are just curious to find out what the Wim Hof Method is all about.

There’s a team behind making the day a holistic experience:

– Johannes Egberts is a certified WHM instructor, a health nut, freediving coach and yoga teacher based on the northern beaches of Sydney.

– Joana Ruival has been studying music, meditation, yoga, breath work, shamanic journeying and healing techniques for 20 years. She will provide live music for connecting, journeying and healing.
