STUDIO POLICIES, TERMS & CONDITIONS

We offer a range of yoga classes, meditation sessions, massage and healing therapies, plus facilitate regular small group workshops, classes and special events.

Our services are designed to embrace all. We welcome people of any experience level to practice and develop their understanding of yoga, meditation and holistic lifestyle principles.

We’ll support you along your journey, and help you experience the benefits of greater wellness and freedom within.

Below is our studio terms and conditions, plus helpful information to help get you started at our studio. Your attendance and participation in classes and sessions at our studio, will demonstrate your acceptance of these terms.

HOW TO PICK THE BEST CLASS FOR YOU.

If you are new to yoga, we recommend you try a few different styles to determine which best suits you. You can read about our different class styles here.

Our workshops and events that will cover a wide range of topics to support the integration of yoga principles and conscious raising practices into your life. Keep an eye on our website and facebook page for updates.

BOOKINGS.

To ensure you secure your preferred class times, please make all bookings and purchases in advance on-line via our website or mobile application with our secure online booking system – prior to attending class. You will not be able to attend a class if payment has not been made.

You may attend our studios prior to the scheduled commencement of any class without a booking, but we cannot guarantee there will be spaces available for you to participate and we’d hate for you to miss out. For any non-online bookings there is a facility in the studio in which payments will be collected.

If the class you are wanting to attend is fully booked please sign up for the waiting list. We suggest you also sign up to another class to avoid missing out.

Our booking schedule opens 60 days in advance for massage & private sessions and 30 days for yoga and meditation classes.

Please note that by paying online there will be additional fees of 1.99% (minimum $0.88) added to the price. If you prefer to avoid these charges you can make your purchase at the studio.

CLASS ETIQUETTE.

Starting your practice from a place of calmis important for you, fellow students and the facilitator. Please try to give yourself 10-15 minutes before class to find parking, get changed, set up your space, get familiar with the studio and let your stress start to fade away. Your body and your mind will thank you.

On your arrival at the studio, please check in at the front desk.

Please be aware that you will not be permitted late entry to class. Failure to arrive on time means our late cancellation policy will apply.

We strongly discourage departing classes prior to their scheduled conclusion time as it is disruptive to other guests attending those classes.

If you absolutely must leave early, please tell the facilitator in advance, place your mat near the door and leave quietly before everyone gets into the final relaxation pose.

We always encourage you stay for the final relaxation pose…it’s the best part!

SHOES OFF POLICY.

We want this space to feel like home, and home is always a cozy place to walk around in socks or bare feet. Please refrain from entering our studio with your shoes on.Please leave them at the entrance or stairway. Your cooperation is much appreciated.

MOBILE PHONES OFF.

Please turn off/silence your mobile phones whilst at the studio. A ringing phone is a huge distraction to you and fellow students during class and also to others who may be in session or receiving therapies in surrounding rooms. We appreciate your adherence to this.

MINDFUL NOISE.

Please be mindful and aware to avoid speaking loudlywhilst in the studio. Others may be in meditation, massage or treatment sessions in other rooms, so we request that you keep tone of voice low to be considerate of them also enjoying the space.

PERSONAL BELONGINGS.

We are not responsible in any way for the safekeeping of your bags, keys or personal items that you bring into the studio. As such, we strongly recommend that you refrain from bringing any valuables into our studios, such as mobile phones, jewellery, wallets, bags and purses. Please bring only items that are absolutely necessary for you to possess for the duration of your visit.

Any personal belongings left behind will be kept in lost property for a maximum of 2 weeks after which time they will be given to charity.

Further, please do not bring personal items (particularly mobile phones) into the studio beside you during class or sessions as it can be disruptive to other visitors.

PROPS.

Please feel free to grab the necessary props for your practice when you arrive. We’ve got mats and towels available for use, but we suggest you bring your own. Please return the props once you are finished. There will be a natural cleanser available to wipe down your mat.

IN CLASS.

Remember to go at your own pace. Be gentle and respectful towards your body, never moving to the point of pain. No need to compare yourself with anyone. There is no timeline, and nothing to prove-yoga is a life long journey.

We recommend drinking plenty of water before and after each class.

STUDIO SCHEDULE POLICY.

Inspired, Wild & Free reserves the right to cancel any class if necessary without notice. Further, trainers, instructors, scheduling, timetabling, classes, pricing and memberships are subject to change without notice.

Our schedule is available on our website and online app and changes will be posted with as much notice as possible.

The studio will be closed or run with limited classes over the Christmas holiday period. We thank you for your understanding that our studio team need a break too! We offer those with 6 or 12 monthstudio membershipsan additional complimentary period onto their membership to compensate for any inconvenience.

PURCHASE POLICY.

For any introductory offers, casual sessions and packages, the date of activation will occur when you first book attendance to a class using the online booking system, or otherwise attend a class.

Casual, unlimited passesand private sessions will expire after 6 months from the date of activation of the package.

All purchases are non transferrable and non refundable. We do not offer, suspensions or extensions and passes may not be shared or transferred.

All online payments are processed through our third party biller, currently Ezidebit. Ezidebit charge a 1.99% fee for all transactions (with $0.88 minimum). A $15 fee is also applicable should any payment be declined due to insufficient funds available in your account.

MEMBERSHIPS.

We offer direct debit and pay upfront memberships options, we use an external party, Ezidebit for managing our 3, 6 and 12 monthmemberships payments. Your credit/debit card used at the point of purchase will be debited each fortnight starting from the calendar date of the original purchase date.

On all memberships and unlimited passes you are entitled to attend a maximum of 2 classes per day.

We reserve the right to charge reasonable administration fees for students whose payments fail on a regular basis. We reserve the right to terminate direct debit memberships for students who fail to respond to correspondence from us regarding failed payments.

It is the card holder’s responsibility to ensure there are sufficient funds available in their nominated bank account or credit card to cover the applicable membership fees. If a payment is declined for any reason, Inspired Wild + Free reserves the right to process payment anytime thereafter where sufficient funds are available in the nominated bank account or credit card in order to settle any outstanding fees or bring your membership to balance. If an auto debit is declined due to insufficient funds, our payment provider will charge $25.00 for any failed transactions. This fee will be debited seven days after the failed payment.

Inspired, Wild & Free is in no way responsible for additional fees that a holder may incur from their bank in relation to processing payment of fees for debit memberships or defaults incurred. If you would like to suspend your weekly auto-debit membership payments, please submit your request in writing to connect@inspiredwildandfree.com.

The suspension may be for a minimum of one week and a maximum of four weeks for any single suspension period. Members must provide 7 business days of notice for any suspensions and are only permitted to suspend their debit memberships for a maximum of four weeks per year. Suspensions will not be accepted via Facebook, telephone, in person or any medium other than via email. Please note that we cannot back date the suspension request, or process your request on the same day. Your suspension request will be processed within five business days, and confirmation will be sent via email. If the debit from the nominated bank account or credit card for a debit membership fees fails after attempts lasting a period of two weeks or more, Inspired, Wild & Free may in its absolute discretion cancel the debit membership.

By creating anauto debit membership, the holder agrees to the terms and conditions of our third party biller, currently Ezidebit.

Direct debits cannot be shared or transferred to another person at any time.

INTRODUCTORY SPECIAL OFFER.

Our introductory offers are valid for 30 days from date of first visit. This offer is available to first time visitors to the studio only and is non transferrable. The offer will activate when you book into your first class. Introductory offers cannot be held or suspended.

CLASS PASSES.

These may only be used for regular scheduled yoga and meditation classes and exclude workshops, events or private sessions.

CANCELLATION POLICY (YOGA & MEDITATION SESSIONS).

Please be advised that there are no refunds for any purchases made online. No refunds or credits will be issued if you are unable to attend the class and fail to cancel the reservation according to the cancellation guidelines described below.

We understand unforeseen circumstances can arise; if you need to reschedule or cancel your booking you can do so up to 12 hours prior to your class commencing via the online booking system. This is considered an “early cancellation.” Early cancellations will be placed back on your account for future use. Rescheduled classes must be used within 3 months.

A late cancellation of a scheduled session is when you give less than 4 hours notice. This will result in you forfeiting the cost of the session. The same policy will apply if you are late, or a no show.

If there are more than four early cancels within a fortnight, we reserve the right to terminate your membership.

We will not accept cancellations by phone, e-mail or any other method other than by using the online booking system.

Given the nature and size of our studio, and in consideration of other potential visitors, it is necessary to have such a policy and we thank you for your cooperation.

REFUND AND TRANSFER POLICY.

All class passes and memberships have an expiration date of 6 months from date of purchase and are non-refundable or transferable.

We do not give refunds for classes taken or partially taken.

Unfortunately, we are not able to refund any client for unused membership periods or class passes.

WORKSHOPS & PRIVATE THERAPIES SESSIONS.

All workshop bookings, private sessions and massage appointments require pre booking and pre payment online prior to attendance to your session.

No refunds, transfers or credits for cancellations are applicable within 2 days of workshop start date unless extreme illness or injury is the cause.

In addition, we are unable to offer refunds or credits for failure to attend or failure to complete the session.

If you cancel 2 days prior to the workshop start date, you can use the payment as credit towards another workshop.

PRIVATE SESSION CANCELLATIONS (MASSAGE).

Private sessions must be cancelled 24 hours in advance or guests will forfeit the payment and session.

RIGHT TO CANCEL OR CHANGE (CLASSES/WORKSHOPS OR EVENTS).

Inspired, Wild & Free reserves the right to cancel or change the date of a class, workshop or event at any time. We avoid this at all costs, but should this occur, we will do our very best to notify all students by email, website posting, online, Facebook postings and by verbal announcements as soon as we have made the decision.

AGE RESTRICTIONS.

All guests must be 14 years or older to attend an adult class.

For children’s classes or those under 18 parental consent is required prior to participating.

All children’s yoga and meditation classes have a suggested age range of 6-12 years.

PRIVACY POLICY.

What information do we collect?

Currently, Inspired, Wild & Free gathers information (such as name, e-mail address and personal details) strictly for contact purposes. In some cases we ask for other optional information including additional EMERGENCY contact information and certain demographic information (such as phone number and gender). We also need to be aware of your current health condition so that we can properly show you modifications, adjust, assist and inform you of what is considered safe for your body. Our mission is to safely assist and support you in a comfortable yoga practice and experience in our venue.

How do we use your information?

We may use your information to communicate special offers, promotions and information about our studio to you via email. If you do not wish to receive these emails you will have the option to opt out of future mailings.

We will not share your personally identifiable information with third parties, outside of the limited circumstances referenced in the paragraph immediately below.

How do we use your email information?

At Inspired, Wild & Free we respect your concerns about privacy. We collect email information to provide a more personalized and relevant experience. If you give us your email address, we will send you emails about exclusive offers and monthly news.

If you want to opt-out of receiving promotional emails, simply click on the unsubscribe link located on the bottom of all of our emails. Although we strive to update our email list as frequently as possible, you might receive another contact before we are able to remove you.

Please note that you will continue to receive Member Services related communications as it pertains to your member account. We may use any of your contact information held on file (including Email, Mailing, Phone) to communicate with you in relation to day to day administrative activities, such as membership, online purchases and important service alerts.

We never provide, sell or rent your name, e-mail address, or any other personally identifiable information to third-parties.

We only share user information in the ways described below:

Agents: We employ other companies and individuals to perform functions on our behalf. Examples include creating and maintaining our website, sending postal mail and e-mail, removing repetitive information from customer lists, analyzing data, providing marketing assistance and providing customer service. They have access to personal information needed to perform their functions, but may not use it for other purposes.
